Hmm, when you said pale I automatically thought red lipstick with yellow or orange undertones (stay away from cool toned red lipstick). But if you want something more natural I would go with a pinky-peach or coral colour. In general I would just stay away from cool tones when it comes to lipstick (blue/purple undertones) and go for something warmer (orange/brown undertones).
